Camden Clearwater Apartments

We just moved in December 19th and we absolutely love it here. I moved from out of state so I had to do everything through phone and so I did my tour with Tasha through FT. I had mentioned to her I wanted a unit with sunlight all day, and my girl delivered. My unit is perfect, I am in the sun from sun up to sun down. She was very available when I needed, answered all my questions, and the process was simple and quick. This place is beautiful, they also just re did the fitness centre as well. I am beyond happy and the community is very peaceful. Highly recommend!

Just move in a month ago. Overall we’ve had a great experience. The community is peaceful and quiet despite being so close to US 19. Having US 19 nearby makes getting to work, the airport, friends in other cities, etc. much more convenient. The staff is friendly and easily accessible. I’ve met a few residents who have been here for a while, and they’ve shared that the new management has made many positive changes since taking over a few months ago. Special thank you to Jay with maintenance. He’s been very professional and timely in taking care of us whenever we’ve needed and has left us with a great impression of our new home.

My old lease was up and decided to look in the Clearwater area for a new place to live. Upon arriving, Katie welcomed my roommate and I with open arms and was very helpful with the tour and application process. Her responses to our questions was timely and professional. I feel like most apartment complex’s leasing offices don’t have it all together until I came here. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve had the best experience working with Natasha at Camden Clearwater. She went above and beyond to help me find the right apartment and made the entire process so easy. From my first visit to getting ready for move-in, she’s been kind, helpful, and on top of everything. Moving can be stressful, but Natasha really made it a breeze. I’m so excited to be calling Camden Clearwater home!

Camden is amazing since they came in to oversee our community. I would like to give a special shout out to Jonathan at Camden Clearwater who always goes above and beyond. His kindness, fun personality and genuine caring for our community is noticed. A huge thank you for all he does. The fact that he now likes Diet Pepsi is proof he is a gem! As you can tell sense of humor is present always! In all seriousness thank you all for caring about us and our home.
