Management is trash and does not care about your issues. Bed bugs in this complex are a constant problem. And now management has decided to close off an entrance. So the folks living closest to madison avenue have to drive all the way to the other side of the complex and deal with the construction traffic. Avoid this place. Because the staff will ignore your problems and create more for you to deal with

It's great, love it, a nice, clean friendly place to live and call home. The staff is nice and very willing to help you. Also the residents are great too.

Major bedbug problems Management need to clamp down on younger adult friends and family members who visit & move in with older seniors in middle of the night here being disruptive, and have no intention of leaving.. It's been a chronic issue this summer. Along with theft of delivery items. Police runs.

Lauren Adair-Horace has made some changes that maybe many people may not agree with or see the benefit of, but many do, and those changes have made a big positive difference in the residents privacy and their quality of life for the residents. Lauren always displays that she has Cambridge Square property and its residents in her best interest!! Thank You Lauren Your Hard and Devoted Work is Very Much Appreciated!

I have spoken to Lauren numerous times regarding when the waiting list opens. She was amazing..So polite and if I didnt grasp her reply the first time she sure didnt mind repeating herself!!! Turned my app in and am waiting on an apartment to open up..Lauren always has a pleasant voice and I am sure she is such a great asset to Cambridge Square/ Beech Grove Apts.
