Nic the property manager has been a breath of fresh air! From the time I met him to get on the waiting list till now. He has helped me along the way with a personal investment in seeing my success in securing a house. Since I moved in he has been very willing to help me with all my needs. I have never met nor experienced a more helpful and personal property manger when renting! Jim the maintenance man is very personable also. Not grumpy or judgmental. The place inside and out is impeccable when it comes to appearance and function. Every thing works and noting has been repaired halfway like you see at so many rentals. Awesome people!! Would hate to see either one leave!

I love it here. To have a garage is good also. Nick was very good at what he does for all of us. He hears what your saying. Plus he helps anyway possible. Thank you Nick. Been here 5 years now.

I spoke with Nick, who was very pleasant, honest and professional. He answered all my questions and encouraged me to apply to get on the waiting list. I had heard nice things about the property and staff and look forward to getting a call saying I can get a place there soon.
