Not even a one star I was miss lead they had me jumping through hoops to get approved for deer creek apartments in Chico ca spends weeks on end trying to get approved and all over me not having a court order for my youngest daughter the denied me!!! They should be bit out of business

I was mislead by a Cambridge rep from Brentwood of being approved for an apartment in Burlingame at the open house and wasted two weeks sending more and more forms and documents. It was always- "just one more thing," then later realized that it was just a scam to get maybe more non refundable application fees or to fill some legal requirements for the builder/land owner and I would never get the "promised" apartment. She couldn't even tell the difference between assets and income and asked for way too many irrelevant documents. Now I worry about if any of my data were stolen.

I waited a while to even hear back from these people then they get me excited thinking I have a place waist all of this money for them to not communicate like responded. A big waist of time people dont even bother.
