Juan did an amazing job addressing maintenance needs on our flooring and stove hood. He was kind, very respectful of our space, and took the time to explain the repairs he was making before, during and after he was done. He made sure everything was cleaned from his repairs, so you couldn’t even tell we had work done. Best of all, he triple checked to make sure I was happy with the repairs. Cambridge let tenants move into my property without telling me and without having them sign a lease. It created a mountain of headaches and it felt like they were actively working against my best interests the duration of our relationship. They repeatedly lied to me about a range of issues, from overpaying a lawyer over $900, to obstructing me from raising rent as allowed by the law. Kayla and Michael were terrible to work with. The response from them is definitely not accurate.
