Cambridge House

Do not move to this place. The maintenance is extremely poor. Our dishwasher stopped working shortly after we moved in and has never been repaired since September. There are also ongoing pest control issues. Management has not identified the cause, yet insects continue to infest the kitchen and even eat or contaminate our food. This has been a very unpleasant place to live.

I’ve been living at this apartment for a year now, and honestly the number one thing I can say about it is that the management is amazing! They always respond to maintenance requests as soon as they can, and are happy to fix anything you have issues with! We’ve had a few issues with things like the dishwasher and washing machine, but they worked on the dishwasher and replaced our laundry unit with a new one immediately! The amenities are great, the gym and study space are beautiful and everyone here is kind! It’s generally really quiet, it’s rare that there’s any sort of noise disturbance. I originally picked this apartment because they are dog friendly, and they provide potty stations for the dogs which is super nice, as well as a dog park!! The AC in our unit works great, which is awesom

I really enjoy living here. Cambridge House is on the more reasonable end of prices, the amenities are clean and function nicely, and the units are also maintained well. The monthly events are also a cute touch to making it feel like a community. Management is also kind, accommodating, and responsive! Highly recommend living here!

I've lived in three different apartments in Davis, and Cambridge House is by far my favorite. The facilities are updated and clean, including the great pool and gym. My one bedroom is very spacious considering the price. The management is also very kind and accommodating. They consistently host food and events in the Recreation Room and are responsive to emails/calls. Any time I've submitted a maintenance request, maintenance comes promptly and fixes it with care. Perfect for students or families looking for a quiet place to live.

I’ve had a great experience living at Cambridge House. The apartment community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a peaceful environment that’s perfect for focusing on school or relaxing after a long day. What really stood out to me was the kindness and understanding of the office staff. They were always responsive and recently showed great flexibility with my lease renewal, which helped me avoid a lot of stress during my final months before graduation. I’m truly grateful for their support and professionalism. Highly recommend Cambridge House for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live in Davis!
