Cambridge Heights Townhomes Penfield, NY

Cambridge Heights is such a great place to live! The townhouses are BEAUTIFUL. There is so much space and the back patio areas are perfect in the summer. The garages are a great size where you have enough room for your car and your belongings. Maintenance is very timely and the property manager Katie is always keeping the property clean and filled with new upgrades! I couldn’t be happier that I moved here.

This property is a significant upgrade from where we came from prior. The units are very nice and well taken care of. The property manager, Kate, is great to work with and very responsive and accommodating to the resident's needs. The maintenance team is top notch. They are timely with fixing or replacing things when needed and do an amazing job with snow removal and salting in the winter. The pool at the lower apartments is a nice amenity and the other residents are always very friendly and respectful of each other. I have felt valued the whole time I have been a resident here and I highly recommend.

I have had and continue to have an AMAZING experience living here at Cambridge Heights. In addition to the lovely aesthetics inside and out of our townhome, it is quiet, safe, and luxurious living at an affordable price. The most noteable part , however , is the staff. Katie, the manager, genuinely cares about each person who applies and lives here. She and her assistant Angela, and Phil, the maintenance staff are stellar in responding to any needs that may arise at any time in a very quick manner. My husband and I appreciate knowing that we are part of a community. We love living here and would recommend Cambridge Heights to everyone looking for a home experience without the headaches of home ownership!

The management team always is quick to respond with any concern and takes care of issues very quickly. These townhomes are beautiful inside and out and in a nice quiet little neighborhood. With kind neighbors it was very easy to feel right at home.

Our townhome was freshly painted with new appliances when we moved in everything was perfect since then the staff has been very responsive very knowledgeable very friendly,. I found this to be a very good place to live
