I have lived here for 3 going on 4 years. The only positive remark I can say is Sherry is very sweet and understanding , she does her job. I would have moved a long time ago if I could afford it. The place is falling apart literally. I’m surprised I haven’t gotten sick and died . I had to live with cockroaches crawling all over my apartment and I’m a total clean person, have been all my life. I had to wash everything every single day just to eat every dish every single thing every single day for over a year. I am still traumatized. I moved into larger apartment here had to pay a ton of money and the very first day there were leaks in bathroom and kitchen , lots of water leaking. Brown goop seeping up on the floor in bathroom. The apartment itself is simple and small. It’s no hotel ritz but it’s a roof over your head. My problem is that you can never reach the manager or anyone who works here. It just says voicemail box full and you can’t even leave a message for when things break or when you can’t even get into the laundry room. The laundry room is somehow always locked and can’t even get in using my laundry key. I’ve asked my neighbors for help trying to get it open with their laundry keys but it still won’t work either. We’re supposed to be able to do laundry as soon as 8 am and it’s still locked. It’s a huge hassle to lug all my clothes and bedding down the stairs just to get to the laundry room and not be able to use it. Why give us a key that doesn’t work ?? I enjoy it here at Cambridge Gardens Apartments in Rancho Cordova. I'm close to shopping and the VA hospital. The staff here, along with the maintenance, are the best. Going on 2 1/2 years, I have no plans on leaving anytime soon.

I'm still upset that on New years eve last year the day I got my keys I wasn't given the right ones I had to pay a locksmith $200 to gain entrance to my place but no one ever reimbursed me for that discrepancy.

If I could give It no stars I would. Laundry rooms didn't work for 7 out of the 8 months I lived here. Office people were never there on site so if I needed anything done to my apartment I basically just had to deal with whatever issues I had, and trust me there were a lot of issues with my apartment. The door looked like it had been kicked in before me moving in there. The sliding mirror closet doors were off the railing and I was told they couldn't fix it because they don't make those railings anymore. The cupboards were literally peeling off. The wood was obviously rotted and yet they never bothered replacing them. Their solution was to just glue it back down. The kitchen light only worked sometimes and whenever I complained about it, they said they knew what the issue was but still nev
