Calvert Woodley Apartments

My husband and I have lived at the Calvert Woodley in a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment overlooking Rock Creek Park for over 3 years. We hope we never have to move! Amazing views, spacious rooms, hardwood floors, plenty of closet space. While it's an older building and HVAC/plumbing has its issues, they've made significant upgrades and changes recently that have lessened the problems. The building has a small gym and nice rooftop deck. I wish the shared laundry had more washers/dryers, but alas, no place is perfect. Many of the front desk staff are friendly, and all packages are handled and secured in a storage room. The maintenance team especially is the best -- usually handled the very next day after submitting a request online -- and big thanks to Kevin, who is friendly, prompt, and fixes every

I had to move to DC with little planning time, and the front desk staff and Connie made my transition into the building so incredibly smooth and easy. You can tell Connie genuinely cares about the people who live here as she is always welcoming, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. The building is quiet, right behind rock creek park, and is kept exceptionally clean.

Big thank you to the Maintenance Manager, Kevin! He fixed our shower head and AC unit in a very timely manner and provided excellent customer service. Very glad to have him as a resource!

Been living here for for almost five years. The location is great and Kevin is the best guy I could ask for in terms of fixes. Prompt, professional, and friendly.

We just moved into the building and had a few maintenance requests. Kevin was super nice, helpful, and quick to show up each time. Really appreciate how responsive he is!
