Daisy is awesome. She’s sweet, knowledgeable, helpful and vary flexible when it comes to payments. I can always come to her for basic questions no matter what they are.

Daisy made it seem like people that get any type of assistance are frowned upon on their property. I was not aware that they discriminate against people and certain people are not welcomed the treatment that I received. The lack of communication is not a property that I would recommend to anyone whether you are getting public assistance help with your move-in help with Furniture. It should not matter talking to someone like that and treating them like that is degrading and it shows that they 100% discriminate against people that get assistance as soon as I told her that I was getting assistance with my move-in, she acted as if the sound of it grossed her out she should be fired, and they should get people working in that office that know how to communicate with people and know how to expla

Been living here for two years now and trust me not by choice - have not found another place and waiting for my daughter to finish school and for other personal reasons. For the most part is a nice place to live if only they would take care of some ongoing issues they haven’t taken care of. Leasing office should be considerate of tenants when giving out empty apartment ta, can’t be putting new tenants in a building where you have children and you know the new tenants seem to like to party n the older tenants are family oriented etc.

Y’all have been contacted by several of y’all’s tenants about a roach problem and have refused to do anything about it, so now I take it to the internet to fix the problem. These are not livable conditions. We have spent too much money on this problem. That is the apartment complex’s job to do. I’m tired of spraying at night and sweeping up roaches every morning. Fix the problem you need go and spray every single apartment. If I could leave a negative star I would.

This place is infested. rental office never open on the hours. No sign of the property manager, Maintenace Man sits around and drink all day right outside, 3 families in one apartment, No pest control, roaches everywhere, MICE! MICE! MICE! MICE! everywhere. this place use to be nice when Gates Hudson had this property. I would give this place a negative 5 stars...
