The lady that took my application was very rude. She made downgrading comments to me and very disrespectful. Ater calling back to check on my application she made even more hurtful comments an said she is not giving the house to someone who doesn't want to pay their rent which she didn't even know why im looking for a house nor did she know my rental history it was to the point to where she didn't even call my old landlord cause i had to call her an ask her to call callicutt herself and ask her to talk to her a bout my rental history she was even rude to her. After call back she told me she was just not going to approve my application i don't know why but i just wanted a home for me and my kids but i will continue my look it just hurt my heart that someone can do and say as rude things to

Absolutely horrid woman refuses anyone for any reason she wants which last time I checked is illegal the only way you can refuse to rent to anyone is by actually reviewing their application and using legal ramifications to deny someone yet this woman has multiple reviews stating how rude she is and never provides a reason to not rent out to someone aside from " I dont have to rent to anyone I dont want to" while yes thats true but you cant legally say that

She continues to violate fair housing laws and discriminates apparently to multiple people this place should be out out of business.if there was an option on 0 stars that would be what this place would get

That woman is so rude and the properties are trashy. The place does not deserve the 1 star I gave it.

Rude rude rude is all I can say the woman in the office was about the rudest person I've met since moving into the area a year ago
