In my opinion the worst builder on LBI. 3 Years after completion and nothing but issues. All due to inferior craftsmanship. Wrong sealant falling out and creating a path for leaks. The fit and finish is even worse. Had to replace the complete upstairs wood floor due to paint overspray. No attention to details and no follow through. Not to mention the issue in receiving a final CO. My opinion, stay away!
Great builder with passion for excellence. Build my house with him and he also worked on my home in PA.
