I love this company. Chuck Bishop assisted us with the title issues that other companies were hesitant to handle. California Title Co is the best of all title companies I have dealt with. Very pragmatic and down to earth. They think outside the box.

Called to ask a few questions and Karen who was on the phone with me had the biggest attitude in the world answered the phone and didn't say anything all she said was "this is karen speaking" in the rudest tone possible i dont know how someone like that could be working for a customer focused company.

Always willing to go the extra mile. Very detailed and professional. I’ve dealt with them multiple times and always happy.
