Calibre Woods

I recently moved into an apartment here, and Elsie, the nice woman at the front desk, was wonderful in helping me! I must say they were very transparent about all the things needed to move in, and the move in went seamlessly! Also the complex is absolutely beautiful and I love how safe the neighborhood is.

**FRAUD ALERT: I had a troubling experience with Calibre Woods Apartments that I feel compelled to share. After receiving a notification from PDQ Collection Agency claiming I owed $850 in damages for alleged carpet damage due to my pet, I disputed the charge and requested documentation from both PDQ and Calibre Woods. Unfortunately, I received no proof to support their claims. At the time, my pet was two years old, house-trained, and went out on a regular schedule, which made the claim unfounded. Not to mention, the maintenance guy entered my apartment on move-out day without mentioning or commenting on the condition of the carpet. I had previously submitted a Google review, but I’m not sure what happened to it. Calibre indicated that I should call, so I did, and spoke to Kristy. Yet, the

Horrible apartment complex. They will send you to collection saying you owe money. Their last ratings were so bad it looks like they took the good reviews down so now they don’t have any. But there were dozens of people including me talking about how to were sent to collections or made up issues with an apartment without proof. Do yourself a favor and next rent of these people. Not to mention their manager is extremely rude.

This place has been fantastic for years.Great location.The price is a little bit steep but I feel comfortable with my family's living there
