Calibre Lake Apartments

My experience here was extremely disappointing. During my time at Calibre Lake, I encountered constant maintenance issues — recurring repairs, outdated fixtures, and frequent bugs. When I reported that the bathtub needed resurfacing, they attempted a temporary fix that left me unable to use my bathroom for several days and instructed me to ‘go to a gym’ if I needed to shower. After I moved out, they tried to assign the cost of a full tub replacement to me, even though the issue had existed prior to my complaint. The building also has significant plumbing issues. You can hear the water loudly through the walls day and night, and it affected my ability to sleep to the point that I had to purchase noise-blocking headphones. This is my first month at Calibre Lake Apartments, and so far I am absolutely loving my experience here! For starters, the application process was fast and easy. Secondly, the leasing office representatives have such a humane and welcoming approach. Third, whenever I’ve reported an issue in the apartment, it has been taken care of promptly, without questions or extra fees. Lastly—and most importantly—I am in love with my one-bedroom apartment and the clubhouse. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and truly feels luxurious, with most of the lights being dimmable, which creates such a cozy atmosphere.I am simply grateful to call this my home for the next year—and hopefully for many years after.

5 Stars – Amazing Experience at Calibre Lake Apartments! I’ve had an incredible stay at Calibre Lake Apartments! From day one, everything has been smooth and stress-free. The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. One of the best parts of living here has been how bug-free the apartment is — something that can be rare to find these days! Jineane was absolutely phenomenal! I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent. Love love lovedddd her! The maintenance team is fantastic — super responsive and efficient. Anytime I had a request, they handled it quickly and professionally, which gave me real peace of mind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I relocated back to Atlanta in July 2025 and I have fallen in love with this place! The minute you drive into the property, you can tell that it has been well maintained. It is right in the middle of everything yet you feel like you are far away from the city. My apartment is at the back of the complex and I look out into the woods. It is so peaceful and quiet! The office staff and maintenance have been extremely helpful during my stay and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice to move here. I highly recommend Calibre Lake Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home!
