Calibre Brooke Apartments

I moved into Calibre Brooke in June and it has been nothing short of amazing. I worked with Nia Ryan-Hall and let me tell you she is the reason I moved to this place. She was straight forward with all of the questions I had and was always available. I probably called 10/12 times with questions before and after move in and each time she was so helpful and amazing. I absolutely LOVE my unit and the neighborhood. It’s right off Cobb Parkway but you cannot hear the commotion from the street. Maintenance is absolutely fantastic. When you put a work order in it will be completed in a timely fashion and I absolutely love that. I see myself here in this place until I decide to buy a home or move to another state. So so grateful to have found Calibre Brooke.

My experience at Calibre Brooke Apartments have been great. I like the fireplace and the patio with easy access. The apartment is more like living in a house. The staff is professional, kind and efficient. Maintenance request are completed timely (fast turn around) and accurately. The community still holds a natural beauty with a tree landscape. My only hiccup is the units do not come equipped with a washer and dryer.

On my process of relocating from another state to GA,transitioning to a new job role,I came upon Calibre Brook apartments. The process began with one of the most amazing people here “Nia Ryan-Hall”. She was thorough,informative,she walked me through the tour(as I was out of state),she was responsive in corresponding,she is a true gem here. If you’re looking to relocate to GA or within GA this was a beautiful experience and a great place to be your next home. She is absolutely amazing,the process was seamless with her. Calibre Brooke had a fabulous apartment to live in. Their front desk staff was amazing and their maintenance staff completed work orders very quickly. The pool and gym were always so clean. We absolutely loved it there.

I have been a resident for 4-5 years and have had always a wonderful experience ranging from the front office to our AMAZING maintenance team. They have always taken such great care of us and always are friendly and wave. The front office is very communicative when it comes to maintenance companies coming into the neighborhood such as for pressure washing or cutting down tree branches, sending emails for lost pets, office/community gatherings, updates on the pool, etc. Nothing is perfect so I do have my complaints, like I would anywhere. I’m sure this is not the same for every unit but my particular floor plan has cosmetic issues such as poor caulking and painting skills in the bathroom, also the wood underneath the front door is rotting (I’m sure maintenance would fix this with a submitte
