Calibre Bend Apartments

I've lived here over a year and when I first moved in it was the team of Ashleigh and David and everything was awesome! 5 stars back then. Now its under new management and no one answers the phone anymore, office closing on random days without much notice to residents, and I was having some issues with gaining access to amenities (gym and pool) but that has since been resolved. I am happy the new team put the gym back to 24 hours but I'd like it if y'all would answer the phone instead of me having to keep coming up to the office. When David was managing, if he missed a called he called us back. We know you got caller ID OH AND 5 STARS FOR THE MAINTENENCE TEAM!

I'm an American U.S. Army Artillery Veteran and ADA on a wheelchair ♿. Every day I go out my living accommodations to enjoy the great nature Calibre Bend Apartments offers. Suddenly in a critical instance, I lost balance and was inclined about to fall.... Sammy Roman and Jose Rodriguez (maintenance crew "The A Team) rushed to my help preventing any injury to myself. Both men took their time to make sure I was okay. Always cheerfully, respectful, willing to calm me down and assuring my safety. This men are hard working employees that deserve recognition for their dedication and perseverance in their daily commitments at Calibre Bend Apts. I'm very proud. They deserve the best. Nowadays, You won't find individuals with a great and higher compromise at the place of employment. Thank You dear

This has been a dreadful experience dealing with this rental company. The communication is horrible (I had to stop by upon numerous occasions because they do not answer the phone), they are unprofessional, and there is only one leasing agent dealing with 100+ residents and future residents. When she was out “sick”, no one answered the phone, not even the new property manager. The new property manager, Bridgette, has been working here over a month and would continuously use the excuse that she was new, so she was no help. The leasing agent, Melanie gave up a unit that I applied for because she took so long looking into my application. The unit I saw that wasn’t the model was very dingy and does not match the aesthetic of the environment, an upgrade is needed. Absolutely horrible experience.

I’ve lived at these apartments for over a year now and I love it. The staff and neighbors are friendly and the location is convenient for me. The staff organizes fun things like Halloween scavenger hunts and pet of the month. Overall, a great place to live!

First off, I’d like to thank Melanie for putting up with us and our constant requests to check out different units. We finally settled on one that suited our needs. Thanks, Melanie! Also, a big, BIG, thanks to David, who went above and beyond to help us get qualified, we won’t forget this. Another big thank you and appreciation for the maintenance people. They are the true heroes and the glue that keeps the place running. Their response is fast and if it can’t be fixed the first time, they will keep at it until it is. My hat’s off to their dedication and perseverance. These guys are truly above and beyond and a credit to their organization. We’ve been here a little over a month, having moved from a previous nearby complex. Sure, they were cheaper but, you do really get what you pay
