Caldera by Pulte Homes

Recently relocated from New York. Came down last August and did a little house shopping and selected our home. Went back to New York and listed our house to sell. Going through the building process from sales to closing was very informative especially being so far away we had weekly updates. Everyone is very supportive with questions staying in touch continuously throughout the process. The house is beautiful and the end result is amazing.

Zero remorse!!! I being dealing with dust and whatever that black stains are from every single day burning. The builders wont talk to you !!!

Kaela and Jeff were absolutely amazing through this entire process. Smooth sailing from start to finish. I am extremely happy with my home, and they are still there to help even after I closed. Highly recommend!

I can’t speak to the environmental concerns mentioned here. Focusing on the home and our experience with Pulte, it was among the smoothest transactions we have had over 5 different builds. Our construction manager, Nick Hopkins would always call back immediately with any concerns we had, and was never more than 10 minutes away when we needed to see him. The home itself has a spacious upstairs, with a good amount of storage. All systems function well. Since we have entered our retirement years, we were looking to lower our expenses while maintaining a good quality of life in this home. I believe that we have achieved both of these goals.

We’re currently building in Caldera, and have been very impressed with the sales, financing and building experiences. Lindsey is knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions, never too busy to take a call. We have been working with Nick and Jeff on the build. Both have been responsive and immediately addressed items we’ve raised in person and by email. We have built before, and this experience so far has been terrific. Would definitely recommend Pulte for others.
