Calabash Station by Dream Finders Homes

Pleased to report that one year post sale our expectations have been met... Our home required some "minor" tweaks in which we submitted work orders thru the Dreamfinders customer portal. This process was easy and our concerns addressed w professionalism and ease. Laura our sales rep remains as an available resource to us should we have any questions. The HOA has been highly responsive in regard to our property improvement projects. Overall thus far great experience from all team members from sales to services.

Laura Baptiste made the selection process and the closing very easy and fast. First off, no pressure to buy and she was always accessible by even her cellphone to answer questions or accommodate any additional requests. We were even able to easily arrange our own inspector to view the place. Grateful for the experience and for Laura’s thoughtfulness.

Lisa from Dream Finders as well as Craig Helmecki from Remax/Calabash assisted us during our home search and purchase. Lisa was "extremely" helpful in assisting us with the many questions we offered. Fast forward we are enjoying our beautiful new home with it’s abundant amenities and spacious living areas. Our kitchen beautifully appointed. The baths are functional and complete. The closet space is abundant. We did experience a few minor hiccups post sale that were conveniently and efficiently addressed thru the Dream Finders website. You should consider visiting this community when visiting the NC coast. Our new Puppy loves his new found friends in this dog friendly community.

We purchased our home May of 2024. We love our home but just recently found out that dreamfinders is selling pool passes to the townhomes across the street. This is a private neighborhood with an already very small pool for the size of neighborhood. They have lied to us so many times when me and current homeowner have asked about this. Not only are they selling to them but the townhouses have some short term rentals. So not only will we have people that aren’t in our neighborhood but also random renters. We bought because this neighborhood had a private pool. If we wanted to go to the public pool we would have just done that. So if you want to enjoy a private community pool make sure to stay clear of calabash station. DREAMFINDERS needs to own up to this and make this right to the owners

I have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about our experience with Betty & DFH. She made the whole process seamless. We LOVE our new home & LOVE the community & our neighbors. Everyone at JHL was just as wonderful & helped make the whole process awesome.
