Cal West Management & Sales

I agree with the previous reviewer, as a new owner in a community that cal-west manages HOA for, i received scant attention, tardy service and a representative who was extremely cavalier and patronizing on the phone. This happened 3 times and is a pattern. As a new owner in this community i will be actively petitioning to fire calwest as the management company and hire somebody who are better as representatives.

Calwest Management & Sales will be nonexistent in less than 3 and half years. They will be forced to cease operations and liquadate to cover civil judgements from the Versailles at Ivey Ranch neighborhood.

Terrible! HOA IS ILLEGAL AND AGAINST OUR CONSTITUTION. Bullies hired to rob citizens. They are a corporation of the Vatican. Evil!

Great location, with easy directions on getting to it. Daisy was very helpful and well organized, and we were able to get our questions answered.

Cal west is really a terrible brand with horrible reputation
