CAL Construction Inc

I wanted to write this review to inform anyone thinking of hiring CAL Construction for a residential home building project. We hired CAL Construction in August of 2023 the building was officially given occupancy in June of 2024.  Before you hire CAL Construction, please read the below. Top reasons to consider other alternatives: Poor Craftsmanship and quality Poor Communication Poor Management and Scheduling Our building with CAL Construction was absolutely an exhausting, stressful, costly, and disappointing experience.  Our warranty is now expired.  We still have major issues that we were promised to be fixed and were not and now we will have to hire contractors to fix them. Brian and his team went way above in repairing and rebuilding severe water damage to our home. He worked closely with us even through our insurance company problems. We would use CAL again and highly recommend them to others.

Potential customers beware. Do your research on this company and owner before you hire this company. They have Better Business Bureau complaints and is not BBB Accredited. They have been in business since 2018 and only have 6 positive google reviews. They have also been known to delete social media negative posts from unhappy customers. As much as we would like to add and share our own personal experience regarding this company, we are just going to stick with the facts provided in this review. Please do your research on companies before you hire them especially this one.

I’m leaving a negative review of this company. The experience was bad from start to finish. They had constant delays and very poor communication. They never even obtained a build permit. After months of delays from them we discontinued business with them and they kept our 5k deposit. No supplies purchased no broken ground no permit but thought they deserved 5k. Please be mindful when considering this company. The positive reviews being left for this company could potentially be fake.

Great company to work with. From start to finish Brian was AMAZING, if you have any home building needs I would contact these guys and have them help you out, if i could leave 10 stars I would!!!! Thanks again for EVERYTHING!!
