The office lady candy was extremely rude to me and other applicants that I know. She will schedule an appointment with you if there's an opening. when you show up she will tell you she can't help you without even making eye contact and send you a way. She claimed there was something on my credit after I asked her questions and persisting to find out why I was rejected. She rudely stated it was something besides my eviction which I was upfront about my credit and mentioned criminal. I have no criminal record. I stood there continuing to ask questions because I've been trying to get into housing since 2023. She snootily said I'll get something in the mail while continuing to avoid eye contact and dismiss me. She also stated she meant to call to tell me and tell me I was rejected but didn't c

Nice place. Current being remodeled one building at a time. The stairs can be a bit much and the laundry is on the bottom floor of each building so access can be lots of stairs to find out if the washer is available.

The office lady can respect their renters I went outside to throw away a cabinet I didn't set it in the dumpster so I sat it by the dumpster and she came out yelling making me pick up trash off the ground and I had to put the cabinet in the dumpster earn some respect.

People are friendly around here and people don't get into nonsense that they don't belong in as I've seen which is a good thing

Nice, but you must be able to navigate stairs. No elevator.
