Caine and Company, Design/Remodel/Build

We love our new kitchen! Justin and Shalona, the designer, worked with us every step in the way. They provided the perfect choices to meet our design aesthetic and communicated frequently on the process of the project. It was so easy! I was also incredibly impressed with the trades used by Caine & Company. From custom wood projects and very difficult custom tile, Caine & Company only works with the best of the best. True professionals that stayed within our project budget and worked miracles to make our house feel like our home!

Our experience with Caine and Company was wonderful from start to finish. The design process with Lauren was fun and informative, and she easily understood our style and preferences while adding her expert advice. Our project manager Dirk was amazing. His attention to detail and hard work were evident every day of the project. We looked forward to seeing Dirk in our home, and he cares about the results as if it were his own house. Justin's commitment to our satisfaction extends beyond the final day of the project, and we know we can call on him and the team if we have any questions down the road. Stephen, Lauren, Vaughn, and Justin were all so incredibly professional and helpful. We desperately needed more storage space with a baby on the way so we gave them a call. The process was so much easier than I expected and I am so grateful that everything for our build was done in house. I have known and used Caine & Co. on a few projects so far. They are higher than your average remodeler because they are not average. Let me tell you why. I can't even express how professionally they operate. And on top of that every person on our project was outstanding and friendly as well. They communicated and collaborated on everything. Accounting for the project finances were also incredibly easy using the Builder Trend app and emails. This go around we were out of town most of the time the work was being done and I didn't worry about a thing! From Lauren, our Designer, to Dirk, our Project Manager we were rightfully confident in everything that was done, and in this day and age that is truly priceless!

We interviewed several companies before selecting Caine and company to remodel our entire home. It is a decision we were very happy with. Justin and his crew are both personable and professional.
