Matt was awesome! He inspected a beach house that is on pilings for my buyers. The house was on the coast about 5-7 rows back from the ocean and on a canal that had a dock with boat lift. Plus, there was a wooden bulk head that was leaning and starting to fail. I loved that Matt is a licensed home inspector and structural engineer and that I could get all of my inspections done in one day and with one inspector. He spent a lot of time going over everything with us and it was obvious that he is good at what he does. He was a true professional, patient and extremely competent in what he does. I highly recommend Matt with CAI. He was great to work with and my clients were impressed with him.

Matt is the exception! I explained to Matt what I needed to close my loan and he was able to perform above and beyond the expectation! It was a last minute request and he was available to speak with me immediately.
