Cagan Crossing by Centex Homes - Sold Out

I used to live in this community, and unfortunately, my car was stolen from my driveway. There are often unfamiliar people around due to the nearby stores. The neighboring community has also had issues with stolen packages. Additionally, children frequently play and yell with toy guns throughout the day without apparent supervision. The gates were not functioning for nearly a year, which raised serious safety concerns. Considering the price of these homes, I believe there are safer and better-managed communities available in the area.

I have lived in this community for three years and I am equally happy with the quality of construction and the first-class materials, an excellent investment.

From the moment this community was opened for pre-sales we connected with Robson and Ian, and fell in love! The Pulte/Centex team surely delivers in communication and they do not sugar coat anything. Throughout the whole build process they were very transparent and honest. Especially during employer transitions. Daniel was an excellent construction manager. Thanks to this amazing team we have our first home be our dream home.
