Maintenance Mark is the best! We made a request for our hot water, hvac system making noise, and microwave. He fixed everything in less than 10 minutes and replaced our door batteries and air filter!

Living here has been an ongoing exercise in frustration. Maintenance requests are either ignored entirely or addressed weeks later—if they’re addressed at all. Urgent issues are treated like minor inconveniences, and follow-ups seem to disappear into a void. Communication from maintenance is poor, and there’s zero accountability when things aren’t fixed properly the first time. Tenant concerns are handled just as poorly. Management is dismissive, unresponsive, and seems more interested in collecting rent than actually maintaining a livable environment. Reaching someone who can give a straight answer is nearly impossible, and when you do, nothing changes. For the price being charged, the level of neglect is unacceptable. This place looks fine on paper, but once you move in, it becomes clear

The maintenance team at Cadence always goes above and beyond my expectations. Service is always timely and you can tell that they know what they are doing. Kudos to maintenance man Mark for his contagious, positive attitude!

Our maintenance guy Mark was fantastic. Fixed all of our problems in a timely manner. And he made sure that we didn’t have any more problems before leaving. All in all he’s a great worker/Guy all around!
