Overall good responsiveness and attention to detail for tenants. We have enjoyed our stay and think highly of the community. Minor issues to report. The Wifi has not worked in the conference room, nor in the fitness room (one of the two Peloton bikes has remained off for several months). Carpet vacuuming is not frequent enough in the fitness room. Takeout cups not reliably available next to the coffee machine. Most aspects of the upkeep are nicely done. It is overall a beautiful building and has all the amenities that make life enjoyable. 🙏

Nice people and nice pool. But overpriced luxury apartment for what it was. I will say if you needed something fixed maintenance came fast but I feel like I had to many things go bad after a year of living there. The a/c 2x in 2 months, the lights blew multiple times in the kitchen. Etc. I’ll really miss the location though, but would never pay that much for a 1 bedroom ever again.

This was the most professional tour we have had so far in our apartment search. The property is exceptionally. The tour showed us the variety of apartments available and the possibilities for our consideration.
