I would like to take the opportunity to thank the beautiful ladies in the front office. They were very kind and respectful and very helpful. They went above and beyond and have made this moving experience such a good one . A big shout out too, Angelica And Esther for all their help and making sure everything ran smoothly.

WATER OFF EVERY MONTH!(see pics) POOL under repair/ structural repairs constantly NOT ELDERLY HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE AND LIARS! NO SIDEWALKS OR COMPLETE STEPS AND NO ACCESS FOR HANDICAP TO LEAVE COMPLEX IN MOTORIZED CHAIR PERIOD. TRAPPED BEHIND GATE!!! Fire within first months moving in so not safe for immobile or elderly. NO WHEELCHAIR RAMP TO LEAVE THE BUILDING, COMPLETE VIOLATION. Apartment dirty, cabinets full of roaches and appliances old and also full of roaches. I exterminated, no more roaches BUT they keep coming and dying around my walls. Draining the AC unit into my bathroom through some pipe leaking into my tub, maintenance said it's normal, it's not. Renovations and pool maintenance is ongoing. $130 UTILITIES +RENT!!! DOGS galore, lot of aggressive breeds and residents don't want

The leasing team has been amazing—helpful, responsive, and very easy to work with. They made the whole process simple and always treat residents with kindness and respect. Highly recommend this community!

The property was super clean and quiet. The leasing agent was down to earth she really took her time with me, broke everything down, and answered all my questions in detail. Great vibe and great service all around, Thank you Angelica.

Came in to do a tour. Angelica was very nice and helpful. She was well informed on her community and somehow knew exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the floor plan I needed is not available for my timeframe, but if I could I would rent from them.
