DONT THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE!! The place is DISGUSTING!! They don’t care about their tenants the management in the office is rude and doesn’t help for anything. There’s a lot of building with apartments that’s are filled with mold and water. This place is a huge health hazard. All the pictures posted online on the website are all fake the inside of the apartment might look. Nice for show but after living for awhile u see the true colors the outside is just pure horrible all the for the price they charging is crazy!! DONT MOVE HERE DISGUSTING PLACE

I’ve been at Caden for a few years now, and honestly, it’s never looked this good. The new manager and maintenance team are really on top of things—work orders get done fast, and the place is so much cleaner. But keeping it nice isn’t just on them, it’s on us too. My apartment’s right by the dumpster, and it drives me crazy seeing people toss trash on the ground when the dumpster’s literally open and empty. And then those same folks are the ones who complain the most. At least my area please keep it clean . If you can’t be part of the cleaning move out .

If you could give them a negative number, I would. Since i can't, they get a 1.This place is a dump and uninhabitable. Windows broken out grass up to your knees. When speaking with residents, they advised that the lawn had not been cut in months. My son in law was moving from out of town to start a job within a week, so he did not do his due diligence in having someone to check the location out before making the mistake of giving a deposit. He sent in funds in June and was supposed to move in Aug 1. Once he got here, we went to the apartments to see the dream they sold online is not what you get once you are on the property. We had work orders put in to fix the heat. Went the entire time we lived there without it. The apartment below us was a biohazard and uninhabitable! We were gaslit about the rats and roaches and nothing was done about them. They would send "maintenance" who had to use Google translate and then wouldn't fix anything and leave and say All Done! So thankful to be out of there!

Living here for 8 yrs and 5 different management companies, this place doesn't have the means and motivation. I have massive flooding in my apartment and it takes multiple days (and 2 call offs from work) for no progress to happen. Plus I have equipment replacement orders that were finished without a visit, I have rats with a failed pest control and mold in my apartment. Problems in the foundations and complex beyond a simple fix. These buildings need demolition. I have a month left so I am trying to stay positive. There is even a case open with the State Code Enforcement. Just know what you are walking into.
