Cabrillo Apartments

We’ve lived at Cabrillo twice now and we have had great experiences both times. My husband and I were going through a lot of adjustments with 4 young kids and the front office (Jessie, Jazmin, and Isabella) were so gracious the entire time we were there. They were always willing to help with any issues we were having. Aside from the constant smell of marijuana when we stepped out as a family, there were no issues with the apartment or staff. Love it here and love the memories we created.

We had chose to move here because Cabrillo had decent reviews. However, we left as soon as our lease was up. Our SUV was stolen overnight, two months after moving here. We had to keep reaching out to the leasing office to check cameras. Apparently it did not catch anything, as there is a back gate that cars exit only from that has no camera. There were a few instances of shady people around this area. Maybe due to all the construction around this apartment? The key code to enter the complex was always broken. Also whoever lived in our unit prior was a smoker and the scent lingered in the entire living space and our belongings when we moved. The units are very small when you consider how much the rent goes up. Some positives were the maintenance staff and Jasmine at the front desk!

I had a great 3 almost 4 years at Cabrillo. The staff has always been helpful and kind. They are quick to respond to maintenance checks not to mention super friendly and caring. The only thing that was a draw back for me was the gym and the out dated pool furniture. Everything else was fantastic!

The office staff and office manager are very nice and helpful. the maintenance and repair stuff are very professional and polite. The property is very safe and quiet. Overall, the property is managed and maintained in very good condition. This is a property that I can recommend to everyone for living. The office staff Jasmine, Isabelle, and Office Manager Jessica are very helpful and always fulfill any requests instantly; the maintenance personal, Lester, Mannie and Ernest, are very professional and prompt; and the groundskeeper and housekeeping always keep the property in good condition. This is an excellent property to live in. They have been wonderful since I’ve lived here. I Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
