Cabana Gardens Apartments

Moved in Cabana Gardens Apartments August ,10th 2018 moved out September 21, 2018 have no regards for their tenants drug dealers hang out in the parking lot around the gates can't get in for them standing there with guns standing outside snorting cocaine heroin smoking marijuana and popping pills you called to the office they don't care as long as they get their money are you will be put out in 3 days I advise anyone do not move there. They have more vacant apartments then tenants bad place half of the maintenance crew is on drugs.

I wish I could give them no stars. I moved in under the impression that my apt was finished. When I went in it was so hot cause the air was broke. The stove didn’t work. They had paint in the floor half painted walls markings everywhere. No shower curtain rode, no closet rods, writing on the wall roaches everywhere, broken cabinets, light bulbs needed to be changed, sink in the kitchen leeks, tub in the bathroom needed to be redone because it was so much paint in there that it’s hard for the water to go down, the sink in the bathroom stops up. The doors need to be fixed in the front and in the bathroom. I have been calling the front office since I moved here and all the can say I’d thats not my problem call maintenance. I call maintenance and they give me the same lie. I still don’t have a

These Apartments are now called Da Vinci Square and managed by Nola Developers. I have been here for a couple of months. These Apartments were not ready for people to move into but they still moved people in and the tenants here have had to keep putting in maintenance requests for things to get done. These are newly renovated Apartments with Brand new stoves, sinks, refrigerator and blinds. However... there has been no laundry site here, meaning paying tenants are having to go to the Laundromat to do their Laundry. They finally put in washers and dryers last week but haven't bothered to notify the tenants that this facility is now available. The gates here don't work properly. There seems to be a way to have the gate unlocked even when the gate is closed and until you don't figure out how

These apartments need some serious renovations asap. You can tell that whoever owns the property hasn't done much to it over the course of several decades now @ all simply based on the outward appearance alone ~ starting w/the very old old, rusty electric meters on the bottom level of the buildings, the severe discoloration of the bricks, the rooftops, the discontinued type/style of awnings that were installed who knows how many eons ago, not to mention all of the sizeable potholes & the large cracked, damaged, & missing pieces of cement pavement throughout the complex parking lot. And that's just some of the minor debauchery that's noticeable on the outside appearance alone. The people there are not so friendly. they hang out all night long. The apartment complex have a lot of drug activity in the area.
