Erin was not helpful. I provided my W2 for the year of 2024 and my months worth of pay stub at the same company that i have been at since ce 2024z and she kept finding an excuse to say i still needed 12 months of income. I am at the same company!! My 2025 w2 is not available yet. I absolutely qualified and she made it extremely difficult despite providing paystubs from the company i have been with for over a year. Zero out of 5.

Consistently professional and quick to respond to issues when they came up. Property management companies can be difficult to work with, but I felt C5 Property Management balanced their commitments to both the property owner and the tenant. Given the opportunity, I'm sure they will treat you with the same respect they showed me through my 5 years being a tenant of one of their properties!

Erin Reed has been working with my daughter and despite reviews I find her to be genuine and helpful. I’m 2000 miles away and Erin has been a great resource.

My family has been with C5 going on our third year now. I can’t say that we’ve ever had a problem at all. Erin has always been my primary contact and amazing. She wakes myself and my wife through the application, always on top of maintenance request (we’ve had quite a few due to the house aging as normal), and always straight to the point. We’ve even had to deal with “Karen” HOA and she always handles it for us making life so much easier. We recently signed an extension on our lease and as it stand we don’t expect to leave unless we buy our own house.
