I first met Rob through the realtor I bought my house with. I got a new job that forced me out of state, and I hired C Three as my property management company. There were a few projects we did to the house in preparation - all were done at very reasonable prices and done well with Rob's team. Once I moved, I haven't had to think about my home at all. I know any issues are taken care of through his property management services and I can trust that anything important will be shared with me. I'm looking forward to being able to move back into my home in a few years, but until then, I know I'm lucky to be able to have C Three managing my property.

One stop shop for all your real estate needs!! I recently took a big jump and purchased my second home with Rob and also rented out my first condo. I was able to secure a tenant and rent out my first condo prior to closing and was able to close on my new home successfully without any hiccups. I also had a major renovation of the kitchen / living room for my new 3bed/2bath condo and even with different issues/roadblocks that occurred, Rob and his team were able to transform my property to a one of a kind unit in my community at a fair price. The biggest benefit to working with Rob for me has been that as a customer, I was able to fully outsource all my property management needs to his team. Rob is hands down the worst property manager I have ever come across. Besides being just an unpleasant guy, he’s also hard to work with. I had to ask him to supply keys upon my move in date and he waited two days to respond and then gave me the wrong code for the lockbox anyway. Upon move in to the apartment he managed, it still had the old tenant’s belongings in it, drywall dust all over the kitchen and dishwasher, he had painted over bugs on windowsills (can’t make it up), and other just uncleanliness issues. He then proceeded to lie about the apartment being professionally cleaned when it wasn’t and refused to do anything or take accountability for the issue. He even went as far as stating it wasn’t legally required so he didn’t have to do anything. Don’t ever rent from this manager and

I’m really surprised about the 5 stars reviews, and I wish 0 stars was an option. Rob was very rude to me the first time he picked up the phone when I was asking about a rental listing in Skyline House Condos. He started with “to not waste each other’s time” before even trying to understand my needs just because I asked if the price was negotiable (when I first contacted him by email). And because I really liked the place (from the pictures and listing details) I called him back to set an appointment for the visit (even though I didn’t like his responses and attitude in the first call) and I wish I didn’t. He again made feel like I was an inconvenience to him and just a waste of time. He wasn’t even proposing different times for the visits, and I had to ask him several times in order to fi
