C Street Flats

I’ve been living at C Street Flats for three years now and honestly have no major complaints. The staff is great, especially Sheritta—she’s always so friendly and goes above and beyond whenever I need help. Big shoutout to the team for helping out after the storm, too. Really appreciate everything!

This apartment community has been steadily declining. It's clear that management is lowering tenant standards, and the impact is noticeable. Recently, the police had to intervene to de-escalate a fight. The hallway walls are smeared and consistently dirty, the elevator is rarely cleaned, and there is a constant smell of marijuana. If you're considering moving here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are far better-maintained and professionally managed communities in the area.

Unless you are an Einstein techie. Do not apply to this community. First of all, the application process was very hard. They tell you on the website if you have any problems with the application process ." Our team is here to help you. " This is a joke. They never helped us, and they never answer the phone. They got a $100 application fee out of my husband and me. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. When you do people wrong, God will see to it personally that you will get it back. So being turned down for lack of information probably was a blessing in disguise.

This is a great community to live in. Gerald (property manager) and his assistant Camille are really professional. Any questions, concerns, or thoughts I have been addressed in a timely manner. The property is clean, has good amenities, and is on a dead end street which makes it very quiet, cozy, and community oriented by default. I would highly recommend c street flats. I have also attached a photo of our living room! Love this place.

Recently called to inquire about the property and was not impressed whatsoever. The lady who I talked to ( I think Comeesh or something like that) had a dry demeanor. It was obvious that she didn't want to be there. I had to call a few times because it was hard getting a live person on the phone. Definitely don't want these issues as a resident.
