If I could give them 0 stars I would. Employees are seemingly allergic to doing their jobs. Spent 2 months telling them my floor was leaking when it rained, and their contractors spend half of it insisting that it was because we left our windows open, during which the leak spread to three other rooms. It got so bad my carped has a literal puddle on it, and their only solution was to have me run fans and dehumidifiers in the room 24/7 for weeks on end. This raised my electric bill by around 30-40 dollars. It took 2 months for any of their contractors found the actual problem, a giant hole in the wall outside, and even longer for them to actually fix it. They still haven't fixed my carpet, the water damage on the walls from leaving a leak for 2 months, or replaced any of my items that were

I called the office about my A/C not working. No one came out to fix my A/C. 3 weeks went by, an nothing. So I had to called AC repair myself. it cost me a $150. (Sept 2022) Norman, Oklahoma Property name is Diamond Crest Apartments AC/ hot water tanks / toilets backup/ Refrigerators not working . those are very important That's called an emergency. And my rent went up last year. And now they're ready to raise the rent up Again? And my lease does not end up till March of next year 2023 and they wanna raise the rent up by January 2023. To ($1020.00). I lived here about 2 yrs. Im About to move out. If the rent goes up. For the last 2 years. I've been fixing this apartment myself.

This management team borderline on slumlord. I've called. I've reached out. I've sent emails. No one ever gets back to me. It's an absolute nightmare to get anything fixed on their properties. If you see C-Starr banner out front, maybe go somewhere else it's not worth it.
