I would highly recommend using Royce services. I rented a property through Michael Royce associates and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Michael, is a very sweet and understanding person. He was very attentive, honest, kind and a pleasure to rent from. I can honestly say out of all the landlords I have ever had in the years I have rented, he was by far the best to work with. Unfortunately, I had to relocate to a bigger home, since adding a new addition to our family so, we needed something bigger. I was very sad to leave the home I was in just because I knew I was leaving a great landlord and home. When me and my husband decided to purchase a home, I will definitely be using his services again!! Thank you for all you have done for us!
