Useless and not professional. Do yourself of a favor and use someone else. I use them for property management and they knew nothing about property management. -If you are renting out your property, you need to have certain paperwork done with the town. They did not know and I could have been fined. Fortunately, I researched and found out. -Did not do a proper background check on tenant and I was left with a horrible tenant(noise complaints and police reports). -Tenant destroyed my apartment. -Missing rent payment that went unnoticed. -Did not know how to handle proper eviction steps. -Advised me to take on tenants with no credit history. They do not care and do not want to help you. They just want your money and brokers fees. Also, I would not trust some of these 5 stars without comments.

Very unprofessional very rude. I viewed a property with Helen Jang she was rude and did not want to show me the complete property. Was very pushy. When I called back to see if the property was still available I kept getting the run around no one would tell me yes or no then they told me to reach out to the listing agent. Who was Caleb Jung. I called him several times emailed and text him and still never heard anything back even now. I then spoke to Stephen who took my info said he’ll find out and get back with me and never did. These people are not professional and I would not recommend working with them. Whether your buying selling or renting. Look for professional helpful people who enjoy the job. These people do not enjoy what they do and are only interested in commissions BEWARE!!! Do
