During the height of the pandemic, they did not care about their tenants and would rather evict tenants than to set up payment plans with them. Horrible, horrible horrible management! Please go elsewhere. I am a student and thought the housing would be affordable but the area is bad, the management is bad and so are the apartments! Consider this your warning. 0/5

The worst management firm out there. Maitanace was worthless and the site manager for my building didn't care about any of the tenants or the condition of the building. Avoided emails and phone calls Bridgeport office goes directly to a mailbox and messaged never get returned over all a worthless company don't ever trust them to take care of your building. Their terrible

Terrible experience with them! The Waterbury office is beyond unprofessional! Shutting water off, tub did not work, building was dirty in the hallways as well , the office where they lease you up is dirty so that indicates how they expect you to live, unprofessional people! The people who run The Waterbury office are ghetto as hell, dont move there!

I spent there two months of the summer, And the management is very bad especially the super, who's dealing with the tenants with a very bad attitude, they may shut off the water of the whole building, for long periods of time, totally unsatisfying and a waste of money

Beautiful apartment's nice and clean ,5 star service, nice views from the porches, very secured
