If you are trying to get the most out of your property for a refinance or a sell, do not use these guys. I dont personally know anyone who works there, or anyone affiliated with the company. But this is our experience. We are selling a home, and have it under contract for $246k. The deal is moving forward, these guys do the appraisal, and appraise the property at $235k. So, basically, for whatever reason, they try to screw us, the seller, out of $10k. But the thing that they don’t know is that we had the house under contract 3 months prior and the house was under contract for $260k. Deal fell through for various reasons, but the house appraised for $265k at that point. So In 4 months we lost $30k I’m value in the property? I don’t think so.
