The finished project exceeded expectations—both in quality and in how smoothly the process unfolded. I’d also like to add a note on online reviews: sometimes negative comments say more about the reviewer’s mindset than about the company itself. My experience has been the exact opposite of those isolated complaints. This team stands behind their work and demonstrates integrity in every interaction. Unfortunately google is a very biased review application. If you want a builder who combines skill, reliability, and honest communication, look no further. Highly recommended.

Being from Skagit County (Burlington) I've noticed how professional/well put together this business is. I myself am a heavy equipment operator and have been in/around earth work construction my whole life and this company is one of the better dirt work company's and highly recommended.

Honestly these guys are the best builders I have ever worked with. The Brothers, Tim and Paul run a topnotch operation and it totally shows in the finished product. they have high integrity and stand behind their workmanship with a warranty.

Very unprofessional for the cost of these houses. Today I found a pile of nails and a bunch of roofing/garbage in our yard. The sites do not clean up after themselves. For the cost I found so many missing screws in our cabinets, the sliding glass door and who knows what else. The cabinets and countertops have seperated from the walls after three months. I would look elsewhere for your money.
