The owner of rentals gives the orders, do you know that the Realtor is given written owner directives to carry out? Rentals are tough! Don't shoot the messenger, if the owners live in the same complex or next door they have additional rights per the law. Also if slum buyers that can't afford much & buys a fixer meant for a contractor, on a fixed budget uses some handyman just enough to pass inspections to get lender approval & turn against everyone trying to help them, AGAIN,DON'T SHOOT THE MESSENGER! A.R.E.Realty of many years has no official Licensing complaints or broken any M L S rules to date & has made many lasting friendships with clients over the last 43 + years and appreciatively thanks each and every one! most are satisfied repeat customers.

A joke. ( -5 ) Everything that could have gone wrong with the "home-buying" experience, happened with the purchase of our home... Due, if not in part, wholly, by ARE REALTY,INC... I'm not here to write a scathing, hateful letter about this reality office... I'm here to tell people that if this office is your only hope of buying a home... RENT! The ONLY thing that will be good about your relationship with this establishment, is when you are absolutely done dealing with them... However, if you do decide to use this realty company as your choice for buying a home, do not use any of the recommended contractors, inspectors, Etc., that this office pushes you towards. This is a "by any means" establishment, and they will freely omit any information that may be beneficial to you in the decisio

By far the worst renting experience i have ever had. Mary Arendse is not professional, or willing to work with you if any problems arise in the house. My heater went out and she wouldnt give me the number for the landlord and had to go without heat for a week! IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER! Not only that but when i gave my 30 days notice she would harrass me non-stop right up until the day i moved out. Saying there were "too many vehicles in my drive way" and that she had notified the police. (only had three cars at my house) Then when comfronted she went on to tell me there was suspesion of illegal drug use AND domestic violence, and the cops would be potroling my house from now on. Further she called me every day wanting to come and take pictures of my house WITH all my stuff still in it. No

Guys - The reviews are accurate. Deplorable service (and I'm a buyer) from Mary, who was dismissive and downright ill responsive. I'd think twice about doing business with these folks. Way too much to type relative to the poor communication, professionalism and overall lack of motivation. I'm giving one star because I have to. Zero stars is much more appropriate.
