I recently worked with Daniel Rivera on a lease in a new development project, and he was highly responsive, transparent, and accommodating. He took extra time and care to help me find the right apartment, all while displaying the upmost professionalism and courtesy. I have had a tremendous expierence working with Tony K from Bushburg. He was easily the most communicative, available, agent I've worked with in my search for housing. On top of that, he really went out of his way to listen to our situation and work with my partner and I through our specific circumstances in order to help us get into a Bushburg property. I would absolutely work with Tony K and the Bushburg team again.

I live in a Bushburg Properties building in Crown Heights. These people really know how to take care of tenants. Our building is always clean, safe and well taken care of. They are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. If you have the luck to get into one of their buildings you will be happy.

Terrible landlords, grifters, buildings in disrepair, staff makes false promises over the phone. All they want is your money. If you can handle doing everything yourself on your apartment, fine. If not, steer clear. Also the brokers they use are extremely sketchy-mine never showed me the apartment I inquired about in an effort to upsell me. Slimy

lived in one of their buildings for 3 years. They are SO disheveled and are ALWAYS trying to squeeze $$ out of their tenants for every single thing. like if you need anything from them they want to punish you for it. the building was obviously just chopped into all these tiny rooms that are difficult to live in, but they keep raising rents and not updating anything. the building is poorly planned and they clearly just slapped high ceilings onto a small space, so you are constantly at risk of dangerous falls & things breaking when you are in your kitchen cabinets or tiny closet. it's one of those new building that looks cute but is very poor quality and terrible design. bushburg is fine with this. laundry "in the building" (in the dusty cob-webbed basement, which u have to leave the build
