Busey Bank

Security quard here thinks hes a coo and can handcuff people standing on the public sidewalk holding a camera. Then, gets his feelings hurt and flips the camera man off. If I was his supervisor, he’d be fire immediately.

Genuinely a nighmare. I've banked with this location for probably 12 or more years and have watched them slowly degrade into absolute crap. Terrible customer service, bad online banking, I went in to close my account years ago and they cried begging me to stay it was so uncomfortable. Last week I'd had enough, went into close for good. Was given the paperwork filled it out. The nice woman at the counter said I was good my account was closed. I started getting notifications about overdrafts this week! When I contacted customer service they say there's no indication my account closed. Their debit cards are barely a step above cheap cardboard break all the time. I hate my experience with this bank. I feel like I'm being scammed for overdraft fees.

Nice friendly, professional employees, decent loan rates, and they're happy to give you change or break big bill's for you. ATM onsite. At corner of Chippewa and South Grand in St. Louis, MO.

I have had a bank account here as well for about 12 years. I went to the office location on South Grand in St. Louis, Missouri to open another account and was total turned off by their new security system. I understand the security precautions are their to protect the bank and the employees however; as a business first impressions are everything I felt like I was walking into a prison. As a customer I should feel welcomed as soon as I walk into the door. I think you all need to re-think your security precaution or, you will lose existing and potential customers.

Wanted to give a huge shout out to Busey and especially Zuri at the South Grand branch. She helped me take care of a few important checks that I needed and when I ran in to an issue with one of them she was super helpful in assisting me getting it taken care of. Thanks Zuri! 10/10
