When people do way beyond what is expected of them,that is what excellent customer is all about!Steve and Dion saved my families Christmas today! We drove from out of town to cash a rather large check which was drawn on them. When we arrived about an hour before closing,the bank had experienced a major water main break inside the bank.Steve went out of his way to ensure we got the check cashed all the whole dealing with the catastrophe inside the bank. They were trying to deal with that but took the time to cash the check and did so with a smile. It's people like these guys that make us still believe in humanity. I would say for anyone looking to bank with people who actually care about their customers,this would be the best choice. I can't say enough about these guys, especially Steve.Tha

The people that work here are incredible. It’s a Christian owned bank and those values are reflected through their employees. They went above and beyond for me on the small PPP loan my business had through them. I guarantee they didn’t make more than a few dollars off the whole deal but they invested an incredible amount of time in me helping with every aspect of it from beginning to end. The other day it was incredibly windy and I went through the drive thru with some checks and they blew out of the box and down the parking lot. Brent Mills was working the drive thru and he dashed out the side door and across the parking lot in his penny loafers to retrieve my checks blowing across the lot.
