I had a Huge leak under my kitchen sink. Water was Everywhere. Ivana immediately sent Erik to fix it. He’s INCREDIBLE !!!! He Absolutely knows his stuff. Erik was so Professional, Kind, and Extremely Caring. He Honestly wanted to not only fix the leak but he wanted to be Sure that everything surrounding the issue was ok as well. And I’m so Glad he was very thorough because he found two other problems under my sink and he fixed it all Perfectly. He went and got a few NEW PARTS and returned Quickly to Install them. Erik is a Complete ASSET to Burlington Cove. A Raise would be so Deserving for him.Erik made me feel so Comfortable and Assured me that he would Not leave until everything was in Tip Top Working Order. I Applaud his Work Ethic. I had been having trouble with flickering lights for months, with several of them being off for days. My apartment doesn’t get any sun, so it was getting pretty dark in there and made reading uncomfortable. I put in a work order and Eric came when he said he would and fixed them all in no time at all. He was easy to talk to and he treated me as if I was family. Wonderful experience!

Ivana goes above and beyond. She’s incredibly organized, easy to communicate with, and always on top of things. Working with her is seamless, and it’s clear she takes pride in making sure everything is handled the right way. Truly appreciate her professionalism and reliability.

One of the burners on my stove wasn't working. I reported it, and it was fixed in just a few days. Every day I feel happier to be part of this community. We work together to make this place the best it can be.
