Burke Ridge Crossing

I love living here but about a year ago they break into the cars and they didn’t put more lights on the parking lot. I feel like the whole residential complex should have more lights! Recently they break into another building complex here in Winston Salem. I definitely don’t want to pay for another window and tint.

Everyone is so kind here, I just love this team! . LaVell was the first person I met and she was so welcoming and helpful. J’Chelle always has such an upbeat and free spirited personality. The maintenance team always speak and fix any issues, and the neighbors are so sweeeet!

I recently toured Burke Ridge Crossing Apartments, and I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff J’chelle ,Teri, LaVell were incredibly welcoming and professional. J’chelle gave me a thorough tour of the property, answering all my questions with detailed knowledge about the amenities, lease terms, and schools in surrounding area. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and exactly what I was looking for. What stood out the most was how friendly and accommodating the staff was—they made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The staff here all work together as a team with the main focus and priority on the residents. The management staff, Stephanie and LaVell, listen to our needs, and do their best to make this complex a place to call home. The front office staff, J’Chelle and Terri, worked with my wife and I over the phone and helped us with the application process and continually took our calls and questions with professionalism and courtesy. The maintenance staff, Rodney, Jon, and Rajhan, are knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt with their services and time. They always answer emergency calls promptly.

My brother is moving and I tagged along for his apartment tour. I think this will be a nice complex to live in. I may apply once my lease is over. The staff were very nice. We walked in and were greeted with smiles. Any question my brother or I had they had answers immediately. The property was also very well kept and you don’t see that too often in some complex’s. I look forward to visiting my brother this summer and hitting the pool with him. It all looked so nice!
