If you want an unscrupulous, unethical builder who stalls the start of your home over one year past the contract date, doesn’t communication, has no intentions of honoring their contract, and rips off 20% of your deposit when you terminate, by all means, this is the company for hire. Save yourself time, money and emotional labor and DO NOT put a deposit down on a lot in the Glenn Arbor community in Bentonville. Horrible mess of an experience all around! If I could give this company zero stars I would!

This construction company values offering home ownership opportunities and quality products here in NWA. They take pride in creating communities that are not only going to be desirable now, but many years down the road as well. If you can snag a home in one of their communities - do it!
