He took the time to listen and understand the type of office environment we were seeking and both he and Tori were incredibly patient as we looked at property after property. They kept things moving and were great at communicating. Truly great folks to have in your corner!

Dusty did an excellent job helping me locate a tenant for my lease. Very thorough and did an excellent job communicating with me each time there was an interest in the unit. I was always notified immediately and then kept up to date on each prospect until the very end. Property wasn't listed very long and Dusty helped expedite the paperwork so there was no loss of time for the new tenant to open up quickly and begin running his business. I would highly recommend Burchfield for any property owner who is looking to sell or lease or for any potential clients looking to buy or lease.

We were planning on moving our office to a new space which we unfortunately did not do because our future plans have changed. I can assure you that in the future I will only use Tori and Burchfield Real Estate. Tori is exceptional. She is not only responsive and knowledgeable, but her ability to negotiate and accommodate our needs regarding leasing and office space are unparalleled.
