The apartments never get fixed. They receive government grants every year and never spend anything on the apartments. Maintenance is always high and or drunk. They don’t repaint clean or anything before you move in and still charge a $300 deposit that you’ll never get back. They come in your apartment without a notice or consent which is against the law. Tammy is rude and stuck up. Worse place ever. Getting reported to the governors off for misuse of government funds, fraud, and among other things.

Called to inquire about the apartment my granny had lived in for 10+ years because her carpet hadn't been cleaned or changed in that time. Kristin B. told my grandma's contact person that if we wanted it changed it would be at our expense. My grandmother had rental assistance and so I inquired what entity paid her portion they told my relative I threatened them. When is asking a question a threat? Maybe when you know you aren't doing the right thing.

The company is law firm / Real Estate. Bunn is very unprofessional and twists facts in order to squeeze every penny out of you. Do not rent from this company. Though I bet they would be good to have a law firm on your side.

I'm not really crazy about tammy she is a very stuck up woman she makes you feel less than but Ricky Barber he was understanding.
