Worst place to rent from, no don’t do it unless you need a place to stay and everywhere else is token. I was going to school down there and needed a place so I from this company last minute and go an apartment they asked if I wanted them to clean it and boom it for roaches before I move in. The next day it went I did it smelled with roach spray for at least two months and we still had them and they never picked the apartment up. Ceiling in the bathroom had a big hole cause of a leak that was never fixed. But to be honest there was more kinda all over the place, did a maintenance report and they never came or never got an updated. Also I moved out in August 2022 and it’s now January of 2023 and I still don’t have my deposit back, the owner Huber never gives it back unless you basically scar

Going into 3rd year renting a home from Arkansas Realty Services and am very impressed. Any time I have needed maintenance for AC, Plumbing, etc., it’s been handled right away! A++ service and very friendly staff.

They are not helpful at all. All they do is hand out keys to there houses. The girl up front doesn’t know anything about these houses. We are looking for somewhere decent to live & safe since we have a baby. All of these houses are trashy & in trashy neighborhoods
